During the holiday season, it’s exciting to be able to enjoy a number of different holiday events. These are great opportunities to enjoy the holiday season with family and friends. One upcoming opportunity to enjoy is the seasonal event, Enchanted: Forest of Light which is back and better than ever. Enchanted: Forest of Light is the annual holiday event brought to you by Descanso Gardens.

Enchanted: Forest of Light is an interactive, nighttime experience that is unlike anything you’ll see in Los Angeles. The interactive experience features a one mile walk through the beautiful Descanso Gardens. This one mile walk through will feature a unique lighting experience unlike anything you’ve seen before. It’s an interactive experience that invites guests to be a part of this colorful and unique experience. Tickets for general admission are $28-$30 depending on the date and time selected. Children under two can get in for free. Additionally, the event will take place rain or shine and tickets will be rescheduled due to weather. If you’re interested, Descanso Gardens also offers a package experience which includes tickets to Enchanted: Forest of Light plus a dinner reservation at Maple. Choose from options such as Maryland Fried Chicken, Mushroom and Cheese Tortellini, Pork Rib Chop and Herb Broiled Salmon among others. Ticket price does not include the cost of your meal and food must be purchased separately.

Descanso Gardens is a 150 acre botanical garden that is located just 20 minutes from downtown Los Angeles. This is an urban retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Within the gardens, you’ll find an impressive collection of California native plants as well as oak woodlands. At this location, you’ll also find the largest collections of camellias in the Western Hemisphere. Enjoy beautiful rose gardens, lilacs, maple trees, cherry trees and iris.
