One of the great things about Los Angeles is that the sprawling city features a number of different cultural locations. During Chinatown Summer Nights, it’s an opportunity for local businesses to showcase their products as well as a fun time for guests to explore Chinatown. This FREE event is held at the Chinatown Main Plaza and brings together delicious food, fun music and entertainment for all. Here, you can stop by one of the restaurants serving up authentic Chinese food or visit one of the many gourmet food trucks featuring some of the most popular food trucks in L.A. Stop by the various stores located around the plaza and buy gifts or souvenirs to remember your trip. That’s not all that you can enjoy at Chinatown Summer Nights though. Throughout the event there will also be cooking demonstrations from Chinese chefs and exciting, hands on Chinese cultural activities that are presented by local museums and organizations.
Stop by the beer garden and sip on local and craft beers and then afterward, hit the dance floor to the tunes of 89.9 KCRW’s DJ’s. This year, Chinatown Summer Nights will take place on the last Saturday's of the summer months: June 30th, July 28th and August 25th. Come to just one or all three!
