Below are the health & safety protocols we've implemented at our property.

Cleaning Protocols

• All high touch surfaces in rooms and public spaces are cleaned and disinfected
• Low touch surfaces in rooms are cleaned with hot water and soap
  
• Soft surfaces are laundered and spot cleaned appropriately
• Linens and towels washed in accordance with local authority guidelines

Staff Protocols

• Use of PPE
• Frequent hand washing
• Social distancing measures and physical barriers where appropriate
• Daily temperature checks
